William “Billy” Collins is a trial attorney who has exclusively represented Plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Before practicing law, Billy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia graduating magna cum laude. After college, he attended law school at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and ranked third in his class. While in law school Billy was a member of the mock trial team, where he began to gravitate toward being in a courtroom,
During his career, Billy has recovered millions of dollars for those injured from the negligence of others. He has been voted as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023-2026. Billy has served as President of the North Fulton Bar Association and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association.
During his free time Billy enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.
